Collin Cavell, the adjunct professor of Bahrain studies in US is the guest of Islamic Awakening conference. Cavell believes that the Islamic Awakening conference has brought together film producers, directors, academies and others to focus on the Arab springs and the Islamic Awakening revolts which are reverberating across the Arab worlds at present sending shock waves around the region.
The winners of 30th FIFF in different sections were announced.
In the closing ceremony of 30th Fajr International Film Festival which was held in Vahdat Hall the winners of different sections of Iranian Cinema Competition were announced.
Till the end of 7th day of the festival the audiences chose “The Snow on the Pines”, “Kissing the Face of the Moon” , “Dressing Orange” in national section and “Days of the Life” and “The Queen” in international section as the best films of the 30th FIFF.
The nominees of Cinema Verite (Documentary Feature) of 30th FIFF were announced.
